Ingredients: Organic dried elderberries, purified water, organic vegetable glycerin (from flax), malic acid (from apples).
How to use:
● Adults & teens: 1/2 to 1 tablespoon daily
● Children 1 year and older: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon daily
